Sarah Grace Adams, Junior High Writer

Absolutely beautiful, talented, and quite involved Kennedy Smith is faithfully committed to her Wampus Cats here at Conway Jr High School. Smith partakes in Student Council, Fellow Christian Athletes, Girls Over Gossip, and the cheer team.

“Ever since I was a little girl, the Wampus Cats have been evident in my everyday life. Growing up, I watched my brothers participate in sports as well as working hard in the classroom. It has always been a dream of mine to be a Wampus Cat cheerleader, and I am so thankful for the opportunities I have been given to achieve that goal. Wampus Cat pride will always run deep in my blood as well as my family!”

You can always find Smith upbeat and joyous cheering on her Cats at any and every athletic event. If anyone were to come up and talk to her out of the blue, she will always make sure whoever it is feels welcome into a friendly conversation, as well as the assurance that they leave with a smile on their face. Smith was a recipient of The Outstanding 8th Grader Rotary Award in 2018 at the end of her 8th grade year.

Her accomplishments and constant attitude of positivity radiates throughout the school in a distinct, bright way. Smith is the kind of person you know you can trust and be honest with. She truly is beautiful inside and out, and she displays her durability of kindness to everyone she encounters on a daily basis.
