The Wampus Cats are constantly looking for a way to help others in an effort to show joy and light, especially during the holiday season. Cat Nation Christmas is a tradition that has been carried out for a few years now, always resulting in success. Each student is asked to give money, any amount of their desire, to Cat Nation Christmas with an understanding of where it will go, and who it will benefit. Students could also get a specific request off of the tree and return it back to the school whenever they get a chance. Not only does this special and thoughtful idea help others in need who aren’t as fortunate as many during the holiday season, but whomever it is that helps out will obtain a feeling of good doings. It will always make you feel good to give during the season of goodness and offering.

Cat Nation Christmas has been successful for years now, and will continue as a tradition for years to come here at the Conway Jr High School. A small amount, or a small act of goodness can go a very long way. Although we can’t always see where it is that our offerings have gone to, we can always imagine the smile of joy upon a child’s face. This holiday season, we should learn to give rather than receive. Happy Cat Nation Christmas!
