The Conway Jr. High and High school girls JV soccer team met up on Tuesday, March 29, 2022, to go up against Cabot. The girl’s JV team met there to play their 3rd game of the season, in which they ended up coming to a 2-2 tie with Cabot. They were able to score their first goal of the game during the first half and came back strong in the second half, scoring their second goal of the game. All the girls on the team did an amazing job that day, they worked really hard and crafted some excellent plays, which in the end earned them their 2 goals. According to Conway Jr. Highs goalie Mila Booher, “ The lady cats soccer game against Cabot was a challenging game. Cabot and Conway were pretty equally matched. However, Cabot’s midfield was not as strong as ours.” along with, “All the platers played amazing, and to go Cabot and tie with them on their turf was a very good accomplishment for the team.” So in the end, it is safe to say that these lady cats are off to a great season thus far, and most certainly cant wait to see all that they do in the later games to come.
