The Happiest Place on Earth

A group of friends gather on the beach for a trip to “the happiest on earth”

It is proven by scientists that UV light from sun rays and being outside enhances your mood, and there is no better feeling than spending your days sitting or lying in the sand and in the water while the warm sun is beaming down on a tan body. You get to sleep in and be as unproductive as you may wish. The food is amazing, and so is the company. Everything about being at the beach is simply better.

One thing about the beach that is so amazing is the food. There is such a wide variety of food. There are fish and all different types of shellfish; my favorite being shrimp. I can always stand behind crabcakes and most food that goes with the beach. As well as that, I also love just eating fruit on the beach and the lunches we take on beach days.

I have seen that the sun rays from the sun are beneficial to the health of the skin, whenever I am in the sun I notice a change in the appearance of my skin. I appear more tan, therefore, it makes me happy and my skin begins to clear which is also helpful for my mood. It is also seen that when you are outside in the sun it increases your mood. Going along with my statement that the beach is the happiest place on Earth.

I love going to the beach with my family and friends because I am guaranteed good company and I love meeting new beach people, they are so fun. I enjoy the opportunity to be social with people out of my usual social circle as well. And it is always fun making conversations with people your age that you don’t know at an event or location you’re all at together.
