January 5th, 20204 Conway’s high school wrestling team hits the mats. This year Cavin Bradley has been promoted to head wrestling coach, and is ready to take this season by storm. The team has been preparing tirelessly, and with new motivation we expect to see exciting results. According to senior Adam Littel, “This is the best the team has been in 4 years of wrestling, thanks to Coach Bradley.” The rest of the team has to agree, and the proof is in the matches! Jayln Anthony comments, “ Yes, I won first place in my match, and the boys placed 2nd overall.” 

     The success of the team isn’t the only thing that has improved, we also see a substantial increase in the bond held between the students. “ There’s not as much drama, and we are starting to link together.” Littel says,  “ It’s a safe place to let loose, and our coaches are always there to talk to us and they want what’s best for us.” When asked, ‘How do you feel our coaches have helped with your improvement’, our wrestlers had much to say. Gabe Hall informs us that, “ Yes, very much. Coach Bradley, Pelin, and Kelly are the best coaches I’ve had.” We hope that these improvements carry on, and our Wrestling team can showcase our school pride throughout their matches.
