The Conway High School culinary program ran a pie fundraiser for families in need.  Pies were sold for 15 dollars, and over 150 were made by the culinary program. The fundraiser was for families who cannot provide a Christmas for their children and maybe in financially tight spots.  All kinds of pies were made including apple pie, cherry pie, and chicken pot pie. All students in the culinary program took part in making the pies. Senior LaTijera Pilgrim said this about the event, “I enjoy making the pies because we have tons of fun in culinary, but more importantly it is for a good cause and I know all the pies are for something bigger than just me”.
