Sophomore Chloe Clardy shoots a layup against NLR.

Sophmore basketball player Chloe Clardy, has been getting national recognition for her outstanding performances on the basketball court. Just her second year playing for Conway High School, she has caught the eyes of many talented college programs. She has offers from many colleges, along with many from high ranked programs like Tennessee. She grew up playing basketball, along with her 3 older siblings. She played AAU basketball for the Dazzlers in 1st through 7th grades, and is currently playing on the CyFair Eybl team. She has also competed on a Junior NBA team that represented the central region of the United States. They would go on to win the Junior NBA championship that year. She has already scored 1000 points in her high school career, and hopes to break her own scoring record this year. When asked about the goals of the team, she said, “As a team we’re trying to get better everyday so we can make it to Hot Springs and win a state championship.”
