Cross Country Teams Continue Successful Run Through Season

Conway Cross Country ran the 50th annual Cyclone Invitational at Arkansas Tech University September 24.
The Conway Boys placed 4th with Max Henry placing 4th individually with a time of 16:56. Conway Girls placed 1st with Meg Swindle having the top time at 20:03. Additionally, Lilli King and Madison Silkwood finished within the top 10 of this meet.
Swindle describes what sets Conway apart from other teams: “We run a lot, we work very hard, and practice every morning.” Both teams’ next meet is the Conway Invitational at Beaverfork Lake on October 1.
