Caring Cats held its annual PowderPuff game to raise money for special athletes Wednesday October 19 at John McConnell Stadium.  The team of senior girls defeated the team of junior and sophomore girls 33-0.  The teams were coached and supported by groups of student coaches and male cheerleaders.  Homecoming King and Queen — Elkin Suastegui and Kalia Tolliver — were crowned at half time.  In total, the event raised over $6000 for CHS Special Athletes.

“Powderpuff is one of the most rewarding nights of the year! We are so proud to watch all of our Caring Cats members work so hard and raise money for their Buddies,” Said Caring Cats co-adviser Haley Haynes.
