Choir Holds Garage Sale

Kali Cresswell

Saturday January 28, the choir held a garage sale for students going on the Disney trip. This garage sale allowed students to make extra funds to put toward their trip as well as get things out of their home. It took place in the  band room from 9AM to 2PM. Each student had their own square where they could set out their stuff, and people could browse. “ There were a bunch of interesting things, and everyone seemed to have a really good time,” Caleb Dobbins said. “ I sold some of my old clothes.” These fundraisers typically help the choir buy their music, buses, uniforms, and other essentials for performing at top quality. Currently, students are selling from a ‘Sweet and Savory’ catalog to help with the funds listed above. It’s crucial the choir makes as many sales as possible.
