Baseball Season Returns

The Conway Wampus Cats baseball season is coming up and will begin on February 21st. The Wampus Cats will face Lakeside High School, in Hot Springs at 5:00 PM, on February 21st.
The team is coming off of a state championship winning season, and will look to defend their title this season. Conway will be playing their first game of the season this month. First Baseman and pitcher, Ty Purtle, said, “I am excited for the season coming up, and hope we can have another good season.” Conway is coached by Leighton Hardin, who will be entering his third season as the team’s head coach.
The regular season will start on February 21st and will run through May 5th, before the postseason begins. Conway will look to build off of their state championship winning season, and try to find the same success this season.

I think this is very informative to those who may not know about how the potential we have in Conway with baseball. Was a bit short, but still informative. Good job.
