The Conway High School baseball team puts in the work before the sunrises. The main goal of the hard workouts is to push the team to their best ability, both as a group and individually. The workouts also include test about their signs and things about baseball each Friday. The workouts start at 6am and are 4 days a week. They do different workouts each day to work different muscles. These workouts are new to all the players this year so it is taking a while to get used to, but the players know that this is what it takes to win state. The players are growing not just athletically, but as people with their teammates. This season will be a test to see if the workouts are worth it.
