Chloe Calma is an 11th grade student at Conway High School with a passionate interest in swimming. Chloe was first introduced to swimming by her mother when she was 7 years old and soon took a liking to the sport above all others. She stated, “I chose it because I don’t like to run,” leading her to continue to develop her skill in swimming, even becoming proficient in the butterfly stroke- a difficult stroke that most don’t enjoy.

Chloe continued swimming through the years participating in programs like Aquakids. She eventually joined the high school swim and dive team where she excelled, becoming a letterman for her achievements. Throughout her time swimming she has won many titles and was even awarded a 3rd place medal from the A.R Swim league. Though this year Chloe chose to leave the swim team due to personal reasons, she continues to participate, and excel, in swimming outside of school.
