Friday night marked the last regular season home game for 37 seniors, as this night was filled with tons of excitement, emotion, and anxiety.  As the pregame announcements of the seniors concluded the attention quickly turned to game time, as Conway looked to go 8-1 on the season before the clock hit all zeros.

From the first snap to the last second of the game, this ballgame was handled, and controlled by Conway.  Senior night seemed to be a trend during the game as well, as (Sr) quarterback Jovoni Johnson shredded Catholic’s defense going 13/20 in passing, throwing for 255 yards, and adding 3 passing TD’s as well.  (Sr) Wr Nick Richmond had himself a game hauling in 4 receptions for 131 yards along with 2 TD’s. Just like Conway’s passing game, their rushing game was just about as dominant as QB Jovoni Johnson led the rushing attack with 91 yards and 2 TD’s in 13 attempts.  Junior running back Luke Bailey, and Senior running back Cary McClain had pretty identical nights as Cary rushed for 73 yards, and Luke rushed for 71 yards both having a TD each.

Conway rolled to a 59-14 victory over Catholic, and improved to 8-1 on the year, Conway looks to maintain their dominance as they go on the road to face a great Bryant team, as Bryant looks to rebound after their loss to the number 1 team in the nation North Little Rock.
